Overview

We are looking for C++ Embedded Developers to join our newly formed project team working on software for multi-gas detectors used in the industrial sector.

Your tasks

• Work on software development of multi-gas detectors in accordance with established safety standards
• Implement new code in C++17, among others
• Write unit tests
• Create technical documentation
• Implement work in accordance with Agile
• Collaborate with the client and share knowledge with other team members in your area of expertise

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development for embedded systems in C++ (14+)
• Knowledge of and experience working with microcontrollers and RTOS
• Knowledge of communication protocols, including UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, among others
• Basic knowledge of Python language
• Experience working with a version control system, such as GIT
• Good knowledge of English – minimum B2
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills
• Openness to business travel – implementation at the client’s site in Germany, implementation trips once every 3-4 months for a few days

Nice to have

• Experience in functional safety and low energy device development
• Previous work in the regulated industry
• Familiarity with CMake, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, NFC, TouchGFX
