We are looking for C++ Embedded Developers to join a newly formed project team. The team will work on software for multi-gas detectors used in the industrial sector.



By joining us, you become a member of the Embedded Competence Center at Sii, an internal organizational unit, bringing together more than 500 specialists across Poland! We are currently working on about 100 projects for 50 clients in various industries including automotive, IoT, telecommunications, and medical.



We focus on development and knowledge exchange by organizing Embedded Academies, training, technical mentoring, or enabling project changes.



Your tasks

• Working on software development of multi-gas detectors in accordance with established safety standards.
• Implementing new code in C++ version 17, among others.
• Writing unit tests.
• Creating technical documentation.
• Implementation of work in accordance with Agile.
• Collaborating with the client and sharing knowledge with other team members in own area of expertise.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development for embedded systems in C++ language.
• Knowledge of communication protocols, including but not limited to UART, SPI, I2C, BLE.
• Experience working with a version control system, such as GIT.
• Good knowledge of English - minimum B2.
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills.
• Openness to business travel - 2 times a year for several working days.

• Experience in functional safety and low energy device development.
• Knowledge of tools such as CMake, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence.
