C++ Developer

Contract | 220–300 EUR/day | Immediate StartLocation: Krakow or Wroclaw (3 days onsite per week)Contract until 31st December 2026 with strong likelihood of extension

We are currently seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join a global Investment Banking technology organisation, working within the FX Pricing and Market Data space.

You will join an agile team responsible for building and maintaining microservices that support the FX Price Distribution stack. This is a hands-on server-side development role in a high-performance trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side C++ applications on Linux

• Work with multi-threaded, high-performance systems

• Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architecture

• Improve and modernise legacy codebases

• Collaborate within an agile delivery team to provide scalable, reliable solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong C++ development experience (server-side)

• Linux platform expertise

• Solid experience with multi-threaded programming

• Experience with Docker and containerisation

• Microsoft Azure / Cloud exposure

• DevOps practices and CI/CD understanding

• SQL / database knowledge

Desirable

• Redis

• TIBCO (including Tibco RV)

• Reuters Market Data System (RMDS)

• Experience with EMA APIs

• FX domain knowledge, ideally FX pricing
