Our software serves hundreds of thousands of users daily and the platform processes 100+ business events per second. The company is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and we are currently in the process of building our Katowice based Tech Hub. Position overview

We are looking for a driven and skilled C++ Developer to join our agile team of professionals. If youre passionate about building reliable, scalable software and enjoy working across application logic and databases, we’d love to hear from you.

As a key member of the development team, the C++ Developer will be responsible for implementing and supporting application subsystems and backend services using C++ and SQL. This role requires comfort working in a distributed architecture and agile development environment.

Location: Katowice

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with C++
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Proven experience in multi-tier, distributed systems
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and Design
• Familiarity with JSON and XML
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and common SDLC tools (e.g., IDEs, version control, ticketing systems)
• Exposure to event-driven and asynchronous processing models

Preferred Qualifications:

• PL/SQL experience is a plus
• Java development experience is a plus
• Experience with automated unit and integration testing
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for solving complex problems with clean, efficient solutions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
