We are looking for aBuying Lead Consultant with strong expertise inSAP Ariba to support a procurement transformation initiative within the retail sector. This role focuses on streamlining purchasing processes, enhancing supplier collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement transformation initiatives using SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Configure Ariba solutions and ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement workflows and vendor management.
- Drive process improvements and support change management activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.
- Solid understanding of retail procurement workflows and vendor management.
- Ability to lead workshops and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in configuring Ariba and integrating with SAP ERP systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
