Your main tasks:

• Manage purchase orders end‑to‑end: confirmation, follow‑up, milestone tracking, backlog, escalations, and alignment (MOQ, pricing, delivery).
• Ensure accurate Info Record and Source List data in line with MRP parameters.
• Act as primary supplier contact, maintaining regular communication and escalating high‑risk issues.
• Collaborate with Planners and SQE to address material risks, availability, and inventory optimization.
• Provide demand forecasts to suppliers, track shutdowns/holidays, and support planning accuracy.
• Drive Procurement KPIs (delivery, quality, cost) through continuous improvement and issue resolution.
• Enforce supplier portal compliance and support audits, certifications, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Your ideal background:

• University degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrix, multicultural environment.
• Customer‑focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in ERP system, preferred SAP and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
