We are looking for a Buyer to join our Cooper Standard team. This role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, cost savings initiatives, and supporting global commodity strategies — especially in the area of tooling and capital equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source tooling and equipment in line with cost and quality requirements
• Manage supplier performance and support improvement plans
• Lead cost reduction and lean initiatives
• Monitor market trends and technologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to travel as needed
