Job location: Rzgów (near to Łódź)
Your responsibilities
- Searching for suppliers and contractors in the Polish and foreign markets
- Ability to integrate knowledge from different fields to solve complex problems
- Sending requests for quotations to subcontractors and suppliers
- Cooperation with contractors to find the best solution
- Analyzing offers and participating in price negotiations
- Settlements with subcontractors - preparing settlement protocols, summaries, and checking their compliance with the budget
- Collaboration with the Project Manager
- Keeping records of documentation for ongoing investments
- Preparing investment schedules, monitoring deadlines, preparing progress and final protocols, and supervising the progress of work both internally and with contractors
Our requirements
- Very good command of the English language
- Professional experience in an interdisciplinary team that combines experts and needs from various industries
- Ability to look for unconventional solutions
- Strong drive to achieve goals
- Logical thinking skills
