Overview

Business Analyst – Contract, Warsaw – hybrid 2 days per sprint (Sprint 2weeks)

Description

The FX business are executing a strategic renewal programme that involves gradual and complete overhaul of the core pricing and trading systems.

Role focuses in the Price & Distribution squad inside the CIB area and Markets Domain, developing applications for the Sales and Traders globally for the FX Options pricing generation for the Trading Floor.

Requirements

• Capital Markets knowledge
• An ability to conduct careful, structured analysis on complex problems or requirements in order to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions.
• Hands-on business analysis skillset across the full project life cycle: able to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and budget.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users.
• Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear, concise test cases.
• Testing execution capabilities
• English B2+
• Good interlocution skills
• Ability to self-organize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support the authoring of business documents and presentations, running workshops and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications.
• A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the business analyst within it.
