requirements-expected :
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Expertise in Java, J2EE, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, SQL, NoSQL databases.
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and related cloud services.
Familiarity with nginx, Jenkins, Splunk/ELK (knowledge of Git Enterprise, Prometheus or Grafana is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Strategic decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Openness to visit Katowice office weekly.
