The Business Unit Lead is the strategic leader for our business in the Poland market, covering both Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Masters degree preferred
  • Commercial leadership, business unit/business group leadership experience within a Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365) environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and business growth
  • Strong financial and analytical skills and experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or product management roles within the Microsoft technology
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and more
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
