In this role, you will be accountable for a new business unit in our company, Cluster Dynamics Reply, including strategy, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Build a talented team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants and Developers that align with our companys values and objectives.
2. Participate in strategic planning and governance processes, providing data and insights to support and drive effective business prioritization and decision-making to our leadership team to achieve our business goals.
3. Ensure customer success by delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction with your team.
4. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Promote a positive and supportive team culture that celebrates success, recognizes achievements, and encourages innovation and collaboration.
6. Identify challenges, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement, and work collaboratively with the team to develop creative solutions and drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
2. Commercial leadership experience within a Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365) environment.
3. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
4. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and business growth.
5. Strong financial and analytical skills and experience.
6. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or product management roles within the Microsoft technology.
7. Very good understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and more.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
