- You lead the architecture, design and implementation of Kubernetes environments based on public cloud or IaaS platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, VMware, OpenStack)
- You create and advise on multi-cloud container orchestration environments according to customer requirements
- You build, grow and train our team in cloud and cloud native technologies
- Design system solutions using open source components
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping to create relevant content for customers and interested parties about your field of activity (e.g. specialist articles, blog posts, conference presentations)
- You also enjoy deepening your knowledge in advanced topics such as container orchestration, multi-cloud, edge cloud, cloud-native application migration, serverless or microservice architecture

- You have a successfully completed university degree in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, physics or similar
- You have multiple years of experience in leading projects and teams
- You have experience with Kubernetes and relevant practical experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (certifications are a plus, but not necessary)
- Concepts, tools and frameworks such as Kubernetes, containers, microservices, cloud native architectures, self-contained systems, site reliability engineering are part of your daily bread and butter business
- You feel comfortable to train, educate and personally grow team members
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish and a willingness to travel round off your profile
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
