Responsibilities

• In this role you will be accountable for a new business unit in our company Cluster Dynamics Reply including strategy, planning, and execution
• Build a talented team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants and Developers that aligns with our companys values and objectives
• You will participate in strategic planning and governance processes, provide data and insights to support and drive effective business prioritization and decision-making to our leadership team to achieve our business goals
• Ensure customer success by delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction with your team
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet their requirements.
• Promote a positive and supportive team culture that celebrates success, recognizes achievements, and encourages innovation and collaboration
• Identify challenges, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement, and work collaboratively with the team to develop creative solutions and drive positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Commercial leadership, business unit/business group leadership experience within a Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365) environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and business growth
• Strong financial and analytical skills and experience.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or product management roles within the Microsoft technology.
• Very good understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and more.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
