For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

• Quality of services - define and follow up the quality plans
• Business processes & Robotic Process Automation & Digitalization – TOM implementation, support process design, procedures in cooperation with business
• Data office & Reporting - assess the business on data protection and implement the requirement of the local GDPR in coordination with the business, Corporate CDO and Corporate DPO, DAQIP
• Operational Permanent Control - be responsible for the 1st Line of Defense for operational risk control management, define & implement a program covering: identification of operational risks, implementation of the Control Plans, and closure of the IG recommendations
• Projects, Roadmap & Strategy – support implementation of IOC strategy in IOC projects and monitor them with the business. Ad-Hoc requests from the IOC General Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the area related to Business Transformation Manager
• Strategic thinking & decision making
• Taking initiative, initiate and drive changes, anticipate
• Leadership and ability to influence stakeholders
• Understanding IT and working with IT as a partner
• Experienced in working with a framework of a corporate center and international environment.
