Responsibilities
- Work on exciting projects, tackle complex challenges, and help our clients shape the future of their IT and technology organizations.
- Advise senior management of international clients across industries, focusing on strategic and transformational topics such as IT Strategy, Operating Model & Performance (including IT cost optimization), Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Business Transformation (including FinOps), Scaling Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Identify innovative strategies and optimize IT processes and technology landscapes.
- Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients’ digital agendas.
- Contribute to strengthening clients’ business strategies through cutting‑edge IT concepts and target operating models.
Profile
- strong IT/technology project management experience.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy & Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation & FinOps, Generative AI and Agentic AI at scale.
- Passion for digital transformation and innovative technologies.
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and confident presence.
- Excellent academic background in business, technology, or information systems.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Relevant project management certifications, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe (strong plus).
- German or French language skills (strong plus).
- Industry specialization, particularly in Financial Services.
- Experience in IT cost reduction initiatives.
