Experience & Skills
✔ 1-2 years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or business analysis.
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
✔ Experience working with APIs and real-time communications.
✔ Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
✔ Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools.
✔ Experience in financial services software (a plus).
✔ Basic programming knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, C, C++, .NET, or UNIX/Linux (a plus).
✔ Knowledge of the banking/payment industry.
Additional Requirements
✔ Fluent in English (C1-C2) – written & verbal.
✔ Ability to work EST time zone hours (2 PM – 10 PM PL time).
✔ Willingness to participate in on-call support (rotational schedule).
