Your responsibilities

Identify and prospect business opportunities and cross-sell at existing accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Work closely with the HAYS delivery team to ensure client needs are met.
Negotiate B2B contracts and collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance.
Participate in business networking events to strengthen industry presence.
Develop and implement sales strategies, managing negotiations and presentations with key clients.
Work with internal teams, including Delivery, Legal and Administration, to ensure smooth business operations.
Lead a sales team, track performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure sales targets are met.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and positioning.

5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT and/or Engineering sector.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
Proven ability to build a long-term relationships with clients.
Independence, proactive approach, and strategic thinking.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Results-driven mindset and can do attitude.
