Business Systems Manager The client is a technology-driven, process-oriented organization that relies on modern cloud platforms. The company prioritizes structured workflows, effective tools, clear governance, and continuous improvement of systems and service quality. As they grow, they are strengthening ownership of key business platforms to ensure long-term consistency and high performance. Strong understanding of workflows, access governance, licensing, and SaaS administration. ~ Familiarity with RBAC, SSO/MFA, Azure AD, and basic reporting. ~ ITIL, ConnectWise expertise, automation/API familiarity. Own configuration, licensing, access, and data quality for ConnectWise and IT Glue platforms. Improve workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures.
