Typical working hours are 11:00–19:00 CET, with flexibility depending on project needs., Configure and implement enterprise SaaS platforms for global customers, Translate business requirements into system configuration, data models, and business logic, Design rules, workflows, and calculation logic within enterprise software environments, Work directly with customers to understand operational processes and system needs, Perform data mapping, validation, and testing, Integrate external systems using APIs and data imports, Support customer onboarding and implementation workshops, Troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize system performance, Document implementation designs and best practices, Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams, Help build delivery processes, tools, and implementation methodology Requirements: Business analysis, SQL, Excel, Data analysis, Integration, Requirements gathering, ERP, Salesforce Lightning, BI, Process modelling, SaaS, Financial Systems, Revenue Operations, Enterprise software Tools: Notion, Agile, Kanban.
