Shared Services IT Team’s mission is to ensure the stability, security, and optimization of Samsung Ads SaaS infrastructure and business systems. We design, implement, and maintain the technical foundation that enables Ads employees to leverage enterprise tools effectively.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Engineer in Samsung Ads, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical stability and performance of Ads IT systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments within Samsung Ads to deliver reliable solutions that support business functions. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to strategic IT initiatives and ensure seamless integration across departments and teams.
You will work with a highly skilled team of Ads engineers to design, implement, and maintain critical for Samsung Ads IT infrastructure and business systems. Your expertise will help ensure that we are equipped to meet Samsung Ads technical and business goals with efficient, scalable, and secure systems.

responsibilities :

Implement, maintain, and optimize Samsung Ads IT infrastructure and systems.
Collaborate with Samsung Ads internal teams to understand requirements and provide automated technical solutions and integrations tailored to business needs.
Provide rapid incident response and maintain system reliability to ensure continuous business operations.
Monitor the performance and health of IT systems and networks, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.
Contribute to the design and implementation of Ads projects and business applications, from planning to execution.
Assist in developing technical documentation, guides, and policies for internal teams.
Continuously evaluate industry trends and propose new technologies and solutions to improve Ads systems and efficiency.
Participate upgrades and migrations of dedicated to Samsung Ads in system, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
Continuously evaluate industry trends (especially AI) and propose new technologies and solutions to improve systems and efficiency.
Design and implement automated solutions for user lifecycle management and access control across SaaS platforms.

requirements-expected :

A strong understanding of computer hardware, systems, operating systems, networking, and automation.
Experience with IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management, including business systems and cloud technologies.
Experience with using/connecting LLMs to internal company data sources to provide accurate, context-aware, and secure AI solutions.
Proven track record of designing and maintaining resilient IT infrastructure with comprehensive monitoring and incident response capabilities
Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices for ensuring system integrity and confidentiality.
Proficient in managing IT projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Fluency in English.
