Digital Development drives the delivery of our Web, App, and Platform engineering capabilities, alongside our Scrum Masters and Technical Product Owners. The team is responsible for building and enhancing our consumer digital touchpoints, including the new eShop and marketing website, virtual assistant, and smart assistant solutions. These initiatives aim to provide seamless user experiences, strengthen our online presence, and accelerate the company’s digital transformation journey.
responsibilities :
Gather, manage business requirements.
Operate within a Scaled Agile delivery framework, contributing as a member of a Scrum team.
Partner with the Product Owner to create clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and secure approval from business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and deliver optimal solutions in small, incremental releases that support a test-and-learn approach.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of professional experience, including expertise in writing user stories, leading refinement sessions, and defining acceptance criteria in close collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
Strong background in Agile delivery, with proven experience in Scrum or similar frameworks; exposure to Scaled Agile environments is a plus.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and ensure shared understanding of requirements.
Good technical understanding, ideally with experience working with APIs and related integration concepts; a technical mindset to identify lower-level dependencies across teams and architecture.
Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional development teams to deliver incremental, test-and-learn solutions.
Advanced English proficiency.
