Location: hybrid: 3 days a week in the office in Warsaw (Rondo ONZ)
Rate: 100-130PLN/h net + VAT

Length: long-term project
Recruitment process: 2 stages (1 stage remotely, 2 in the office)
English: B2+/C1
Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment is provided by the client
Profile:
- Experience in business-system analysis, preparation of functional requirements for information systems, and business process modeling and optimization
- Process modeling in BPMN, UML notation
- Ability to conduct workshops with a group
- Understanding of technical aspects / requirements to IT systems
- Knowledge of IT architectures for financial systems
Project:
- Replacement of the cor banking system on which the organization has been working for about 25 years.
- The result of the project is to upgrade or change the system. The project is planned for at least 5 years. We are looking for a regular (3-7 years) to support the chief business analyst. Tasks for the coming year are meetings with the business and process planning using process mapping tools (BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect).
Project outline and responsibilities
The Business Development Department is looking for an independent and experienced business and systems analyst with experience in
- Analyzing business processes in order to map them
- Gathering requirements based on analyzed processes
- Active cooperation with the Business
- Creating analytical documentation (requirements document, use cases, process maps, functional specification)
- Managing analytical documentation over time - updating requirements, tracking changes
- Creating diagrams using BPMN, UML using Enterprise Architect tool
