Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing IT projects as a business-system analyst (professional experience in collecting, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying assumptions and system limitations).
Good knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of UML & BPMN
Knowledge of CASE tools, e.g., Enterprise Architect.
Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Knowledge of working with requirements in the form of User Story or Use Case.
Ability to work in a team, creativity, and good organization of work.
Analytical thinking, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to present conclusions clearly.
Ability to document analysis results in an understandable and clear way.
Experience in working with development teams and the ability to effectively communicate with developers, testers, and infrastructure administrators.
Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
