Basic information:
Location: 100% remote (once a quarter it is necessary to come to the office in Warsaw for 2/3 day planning)
Rate: 100-140PLN/h net + VAT

Looking for two people (mid and senior) for the position of Business and Systems Analyst with experience in the telecommunications sector

Project: the Panther system - a system for customer service

Tools: knowledge of UML for use cases, sequence or class diagrams + BPMN
- Work closely within the team/squad with Product Owner, business representatives and developers to understand requirements and develop a solution
- developing solutions and implementing new functionalities based on identified requirements and agreements
- analysis and modelling of business processes
- analysing functional and non-functional requirements and their impact on IT systems from a technical and logical perspective
- design of IT solutions - creation of technical documentation in terms of architectural diagrams, flows and descriptions of designed solutions according to standards
- creation of analytical documentation
- managing requirements documentation using existing tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Team: 8 people, working in SAFe
