WebEDI Team leader
Main responsibilities:
Plan, inform, co-ordinate, distribute, implement and monitor the teams activities on a daily and regular basis to create an efficient work distribution
Take and communicate the decisions regarding prioritization of tasks (maintenance tasks vs. project tasks, project 1 vs. project 2 etc.)
Ensure execution, follow up and report on agreed performance indicators and targets.
Manage deliveries according to agreed estimations on cost, time and quality
Assist in creation and monitoring of delivery/resource plans to meet business targets/plans, SLA etc.
Be Support Team Manger and ensure efficient problem solving and root cause analysis within the delivery team
Give support, feedback and recognition related to delivery and performance to the team members
Support Line Manager in the performance assessment of team members (assignment follow-up)
Accountability for product lifecycle management & vulnerability management
Provide input for maintenance processes definition (authorization, monitoring, product roadmap)
Detailed responsibilities:
Access management for team members (sharepoint, Support group)
Manage information about changes through B2B&EDI (planned maintenance, releases, system unavailability, changes in the team like new members etc.)
WebEDI Business Analyst
Main responsibilities:
Handle customer contact regarding all tasks that concern requirements towards WebEDI
Supports business in prioritization of scope and in selecting/designing optimal WebEDI solution based on end user needs and Business goals
Responsible for securing that the requirements can be understood by both Business and IT, and used by application development team.
Detailed responsibilities:
Participate in meetings/pre studies regarding changes in existing of development of new functionalities
Prepare documentation according to WebEDI standards: requirements breakdown, acceptance test driven product backlog (for projects only), solution description, user interface prototypes, process flows/diagrams
Translate the business requirements into Product Backlog Items/Tasks
Drive the estimation of needed effort and lead time for change requests/projects
Ensure handover to the run time team (Support, Roll-out) and to the customer / end users if needed
Ensure that the WebEDI Help content is up to date with the changes in the application
Ensure that the WebEDI e-learning is up to date with the changes in the application
Ensure that WebEDI terms are created/updated for the new/changed functionalities

Masters degree
Overall professional experience 5+ years
Similar role experience 3+ years
English level C1
Highly developed soft skills to successfully work with people in an international environment
Master in self-management in time (well-organized, focused)
Can-do attitude
Ability to handle complex problems
Knowledge of different development methodologies and flexibility of their usage
