Job description

We’re looking for a Business System Analyst to join a project for a recognized Polish brand from the logistics industry.

Tools used: Enterprise Architect, BPMN, Word (for documentation).

Cooperation with business and around 40 programmers. Team: 30 Business Analysts divided into 8 teams that work on different projects.

Possibility to work 100% remote or from Warsaw office.

Recruitment process: 1 technical interview.

Your responsibilities

1. Definition and management of business requirements;
2. Business process modeling;
3. Support for architectural and implementation works under the projects;
4. Support for the change management process and the scope of the project;
5. Maintaining the analytical repository (as part of project tasks);
6. Updating projects (functional and technical) in development and introduction of changes to the implemented system functionalities.

Our requirements

1. Enterprise Architect, BPMN and UML notation;
2. Professional experience in the field of business and system analyses;
3. Experience in working on large projects;
4. Proficiency in working with the business side;
5. Analytical approach to solving problems;
6. Ability to work in a team;
7. Independence and accuracy;

Nice to have: knowledge of the logistics industry.
