responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare functional specifications and design innovative system solutions.
Analyze and verify business issues, identifying system development needs.
Estimate project scope and timelines, overseeing project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, coordinating change approval processes.
Participate in project planning, including requirement gathering and process optimization.
Contribute to the design and development of frontend system components aligned with business goals.
Support problem-solving efforts related to business system issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
requirements-expected :
At least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst, especially in frontend-related projects.
Proficiency in UML notation, SQL, and procedural SQL.
Solid understanding of financial or insurance products, supported by professional experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with high engagement.
Polish - good command is expected.
