• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position as a business/system analyst in IT projects
• Experience working with data warehouses
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Knowledge of database concepts and the SQL language
• Familiarity with business requirements gathering for IT projects, business environment and process modeling, and software engineering
• Ability to create project documentation
