• As a Business System Analyst you will be working for our client, a global leader in cutting-edge payment solutions and financial services, dedicated to building innovative and secure digital payment ecosystems. You will play a key role in analyzing requirements, optimizing system performance, and designing scalable, efficient solutions that support millions of transactions daily. In close collaboration with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the design and implementation of advanced payment systems that meet regulatory standards while driving exceptional customer experience.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for payment systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital payment solutions
• Identify system improvements and support the continuous enhancement of existing solutions
• Create detailed system documentation to ensure clear communication of requirements and system architecture
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the functionality and security of payment systems
• Contribute to the development of integration strategies for external systems and APIs
• Support stakeholders by providing actionable insights on system performance, troubleshooting, and optimizations

• At least 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role, ideally in the payments or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including card payments, digital wallets, and payment processing
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Hands-on experience in systems analysis, design, and integration in Agile environments
• Knowledge of system analysis techniques and requirements documentation
• Practical experience with UML and BPMN notations
• Ability to model business processes and requirements (use cases, data models, state diagrams, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of database design, system integration, and API development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively
