  • We are looking for a Business-System Analyst who thrives in an Agile/Scrum software development environment. In this role, you will transform business needs into well-defined User Stories, collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams, and ensure continuous, incremental delivery of high quality solutions.

responsibilities :


  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Dev Team Leaders, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and training sessions for clients.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure shared understanding.
  • Analyze business processes and data flows to propose optimized solutions.
  • Review requirements for completeness, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, simple process models, and simple UI wireframes.
  • Maintain, organize, and tag requirements in the Product Backlog for transparency and prioritization.
  • Prepare Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria ensuring they meet the Definition of Ready.
  • Prepare, validate, and execute functional test scenarios based on User Stories.
  • Write and prepare User Acceptance Tests and User Manuals.
  • Support client User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support presales activities in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to solution concepts and targetstate architecture discussions.
  • Support postdeployment maintenance.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and Product Owners.
  • Good knowledge of discipline-specific processes (e.g., finance, compliance, risk management, internal control) depending on the project context.
  • Experience with tools commonly used in Agile environments (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Strong ability to write well‑structured User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Test Scenarios and User Manuals.
  • Experience in maintaining traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into system behaviors.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirement‑gathering sessions.
  • Knowledge of process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing backlogs and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (polish and english min. B2) and the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences.
