Own the Sales “To Do” Pipeline: Assign, track, and follow up on every sales activity
Transparent Reporting: Provide clear, real time updates to management via dashboards and regular summaries.
Interim Solutions: Design and maintain temporary tools (Excel trackers, Jira boards) to keep sales humming while we build out our full CRM.
Support CRM Rollout: Help gather requirements, evaluate vendors, prepare data mapping, and coordinate user acceptance testing and training.
Enable Adoption: Create playbooks, templates, and quick guides; collect feedback and iterate on processes for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Finance to support tool integration, reporting processes, and smooth information flow between teams.
Maintain and update the CRM system, support end users, and ensure ongoing adoption.
Monitor data quality, generate reports, and assist with onboarding and training for new team members.
Our requirements
1–3 years in sales operations, enablement, project coordination, or CRM support
Strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear process documentation
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Hands on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Familiarity with ticketing/project tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
