We are looking for a Business-System Analyst to join a project in the banking sector focused on transforming credit processes. As part of our team, you will play a key role in redesigning critical solutions and developing a new customer monitoring process. The project aims to build and enhance existing services within the application, covering both front-end and back-end components, to support credit processes for business clients.
responsibilities :
Preparing business and system analyses for banking applications
Collaborating with business units to define business requirements
Gathering and analyzing requirements, as well as preparing and validating user stories
Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to support application development and ensure high quality
Modeling functionalities using UML and BPMN
Creating and maintaining functional documentation
Providing support for applications in the test environment
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis within the banking or financial sector
Hands-on experience with SQL and database query tools
Proven experience with system integration, including REST APIs and Kafka
Ability to create and interpret UML and BPMN models, familiarity with Enterprise Architect or similar tools
Experience using tools such as Postman or similar
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Good command of English, both written and spoken
