Role Overview
- Liaise with internal clients to understand system requirements and existing business processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and, if necessary, manage requests for changes to the specifications.
- Assist in analyzing business and technical needs by gathering information and performing analysis.
- Carry out application development and maintenance, operating autonomously on programming, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Apply application development techniques and best practices efficiently to deliver IT solutions swiftly.
Job Summary

- We manage the entire delivery process: requirement gathering, design, build, unit testing, user acceptance support, documentation, and launch.

Responsibilities and Duties
You Will Be Responsible For
- Collecting and refining business requirements from internal customers.
- Writing and reviewing documentation (technical notes, intervention guides, end-user documentation).
- Designing and developing customized interfaces within time and budget, ensuring quality and compliance with business requirements and design guidelines.
- Testing developments.
- Maintaining existing applications.
- Monitoring tools for potential issues and conflicts.
- Providing periodic daylight support to end users for applications in production.
Qualifications and Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2016/O365 (mainly Excel) and Power Platform.
- Operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux.
Soft Skills
- Flexible and open-minded, aligning with guidelines and methodology.
- Service-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment where priorities can change regularly.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred
Several years of experience in a distributed development environment.
Essential Criteria
