The opportunity

Joining EY Global Delivery Services Poland, you will become a part of a very dynamic team with the possibility to make your mark. We have interesting opportunities for you.

Your key responsibilities

1. Preparing and updating internal databases for the German market;
2. Preparing documents as the first information source for tender discussions among Engagement Teams;
3. Supporting Engagement Teams with pursuit processes, research, and other activities in Germany and the West Europe region;
4. Providing process-related analysis on ongoing projects;
5. Close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements and participate in internal calls and meetings;
6. Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
7. Staying connected with the business and functional experts;
8. Independent management of the back office for various administrative tasks;

Skills and attributes for success

1. Detail-oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases;
2. Exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality;
3. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision;

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Fluency in German and English (written and oral);
2. Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
4. Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines;

Ideally, you’ll also have

1. Self-educate and seek additional knowledge;
2. Strong communication and high confidence in working with senior management;
