The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst to join our Water Treatment business. In this key role, you’ll provide operational and commercial support to our sales teams – ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent customer experience. The role can be based remotely in Finland or Poland, working closely with a collaborative international team.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a Salesforce power user, managing customer data, quotes, and documentation.
- Support sales with customer proposals, tenders, and records management.
- Handle sample requests, shipments, and supplier coordination.
- Assist with purchasing processes, POs, and indirect procurement.
- Ensure consistent use of sales materials, templates, and tools.
- Partner across sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to improve processes.
- Train users and drive Salesforce efficiency across the business.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in business support, sales operations, or commercial coordination.
- Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (3+ years with each).
- Background in water treatment or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative with strong Excel skills.
