Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Dynamics 365 Sales topics.
Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales processes (lead & opportunity management, account/contact handling, pipeline reporting, etc.).
Support the design and optimization of sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales.
Monitor CRM usage, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements.
Ensure alignment with CRM governance and data quality standards.

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the CRM domain, ideally with Dynamics 365 Sales.
~ Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices in B2B environments.
~ Familiarity with CRM integrations, data structures, and reporting concepts.
~ Comfortable working in a remote, international, and cross-functional environment.
~ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion.
~ Agile mindset and experience working in iterative project setups (e.g., Proficient in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills. German is a plus.
~ Openness to a hybrid work model with occasional visits to our Katowice office.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or related modules.
Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
