YOUR PROJECT

Our development teams build and develop software based on the maximum and intelligent use of Java technology. We support world leaders in the automotive, manufacturing, commercial, distribution, telecommunications, energy and public sectors.

We cooperate with experienced experts from all over the world, which provides a wide opportunity to deepen technical and business knowledge. It also allows you to acquire professional programming competences while maintaining the Clean Code principle.

YOUR TASKS:

• Understanding clients business needs;
• Working on the preparation and documentation of requirements (Diagrams, models, schematics);
• Supporting development teams on the functional requirements side;
• Taking responsibility for the business side of the application;
• Communicating with the client regarding the implemented/planned requirements;
• Moderating meetings of the development team as well as meetings with the client;
• Directing the work of analysts belonging to the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Responsibility and self-organization;
• High communication skills, flexibility, logical thinking;
• Good knowledge of English (B1+) and German (B1+);
• Understanding of agile software development;
• Experience in business analysis on IT projects;
• Experience working with external clients and ability to work with a team of developers.
