About the role Joining us as a Business Services Team Lead means becoming an integral part of our rapidly expanding division. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing, guiding, and managing team members. You will empower them to reach their goals within a positive and productive work environment, fostering their development along the way. How you will get the job done managing the team’s budget efficiently identifying and solving problems that hinder team performance ensuring work produced by the team meets quality standards regularly reviewing team output and implementing quality control measures managing changes within the team or organization effectively, including changes to processes, systems, or personnel ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies reporting the team’s progress and challenges regularly facilitating communication between the team and other departments Skills and experience you will need advanced English and German language skills (min.
