Stay informed about external and internal development and trends
Document business processes to the granular level of detail and acceptance criteria required for automation
Understand risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
Take active part in coordination of operational cycles (SLA measuring, KPI tracking, business case calculation)
Cooperate closely with Business Optimisation team members to ensure quality reporting process for automation and lean initiatives
Support the team regarding BI skills
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Co-create tools to facilitate information transfer, presentation, information flow
Perform ad-hoc analyzes and presentations as needed
