The project aims to implement a digital transformation in the procurement function, focusing on project management, prioritization, team mobilization, and process optimization. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing the project portfolio, and collaborating with IT, finance, and procurement teams, ensuring alignment with best project management practices. If you have experience in project management and data technology, this role is perfect for you!

• Support project intake and assessment, aligning projects with business goals and available resources
• Establish project artifacts, project teams
• Oversee demand management and capacity planning to ensure resource allocation meets project requirements
• Apply change control processes to maintain project stability and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, tracking progress, and making adjustments to achieve optimal results
• Work closely with stakeholders in procurement, IT, and finance to ensure alignment with digital initiatives
• Coordinate across project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, supporting risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, leveraging best practices in project management and data governance
