Managing project lifecycle: Overseeing all aspects of project management, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, including scope, timeline, budget, stakeholders, and risk.
Facilitating efective communication: Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders (internal and external), and leadership.
Problem-solving and decision-making: Proactively identifying and resolving project issues and escalating decisions to appropriate levels as needed.
Project documentation and reporting: Creating and maintaining project documentation, presentations, and reports to track progress and communicate updates.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading business projects.
Profciency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, Notion).
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, time, cost, stakeholders, quality, resources, communication, and risk.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
Fluent Polish and English (C1) for effective communication, documentation, and presentations.
