About the project

The project aims to implement a digital transformation in the procurement function, focusing on project management, prioritization, team mobilization, and process optimization. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing the project portfolio, and collaborating with IT, finance, and procurement teams, ensuring alignment with best project management practices. If you have experience in project management and data technology, this role is perfect for you!

Your responsibilities

Support project intake and assessment, aligning projects with business goals and available resources
Establish project artifacts, project teams
Oversee demand management and capacity planning to ensure resource allocation meets project requirements
Apply change control processes to maintain project stability and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, tracking progress, and making adjustments to achieve optimal results
Work closely with stakeholders in procurement, IT, and finance to ensure alignment with digital initiatives
Coordinate across project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, supporting risk mitigation and issue resolution
Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment
Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, leveraging best practices in project management and data governance

Our requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Supply Chain or related field
Certification(s) in Project Management essential
Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and reporting
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong experience in project management ideally within procurement or supply chain functions, focusing on data and technology projects.
Knowledge of portfolio management and resource planning
Experience in change control and process optimization
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate across business units
Familiarity with procurement technology (e.g., ERP systems like SAP) and data management beneficial
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
