Business Project Lead role manages large cross-functional projects of high complexity and digitalization aspects, e.g., Business Master Solution (BMS) rollouts and consolidation projects, merger projects.

The role contains the following responsibilities:

1. Intensive cooperation with respective business partners (leadership team, process experts, and IT).
2. Coordinates with the various departments to staff and deliver projects.
3. Provides project planning and reporting.
4. Manages the project scope, time, budget, contracting, and quality according to relevant standards.
5. Delivers the business case / profitability.
6. Manages risks, resolving problems/issues and managing baseline changes.

The role can lead and direct activities defined in a large project with limited supervision (bi-weekly to semi-monthly), general semi-defined guidance with independent discretion applied. The role is responsible for project team performance, both internal and external, and must lead without having authority; capable of managing medium constraints and conflicts.

Your profile as Business Project Lead:

1. Education – Bachelor’s, preferably Master of Science.
2. Experience in a similar position or long-time experience in complex projects as a team member.
3. Project Management knowledge. Nice to have Agile, Waterfall methodologies knowledge.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Driving license.
6. Decision-making, conflict management skills, good communication and influence skills in cross-functional/cross-regional project teams.
