Business Product Manager (B2B Value Delivery Management)
As a Business Product Manager (B2B Value Delivery Management), your primary focus is the commercial execution of the Product Value Proposition defined in the B2B Strategy (working in a dual ownership model with the tech team).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the commercial counterpart for Product Managers for the execution of the Product Value Proposition defined in B2B Strategy.
- Secure non‑tech enablers and alignments with non‑tech stakeholders required for delivery of the product roadmap.
- Support Product Managers in tech alignments with tech and non‑tech stakeholders.
- Manage the heartbeat of product launch/refinement projects.
- Make tactical level decisions regarding product scope from a commercial perspective.
- Possibly be responsible for specific product clusters such as Value Pricing and Loyalty, Simplified Findability and Purchase Process, Procurement Process Management, Flexible Payment and Financing for Company Customers.
Qualifications
- Value Proposition & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to translate product features into clear customer benefits and value, and to craft compelling value propositions.
- Launch Management & Coordination: Proven experience in managing product launch cycles, securing non‑tech enablers, and aligning with stakeholders such as Commerce, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations.
- Tactical Decision Making: Data‑driven decision making on product scope from a commercial perspective.
- Preferred Professional Experience: Product Owner / Product Manager (eCommerce or Retail), Business Product Manager / Business Development Manager / Project Manager (focused on product launches), Management Consulting roles, or similar combining commercial and product expertise.
- Fluency in English and Polish (B2/C1).
