Our Shared Service Center in Kraków has been growing steadily for the past three years and we are now proud to say that we have over 180 colleagues on board servicing such areas as RTR, PTP, ITC and supporting the processes globally for our organization.
As part of the SSC team, we are now looking for a talented individual to join us as a Business Process Specialist. In this role, you will play a key role during SAP FI implementations within our RTR and ITC teams, ensuring successful cooperation between the teams within the Shared Service Center and the SAP Project team. You will be coordinating user tests, delivering training sessions, taking an active part in system go-live, and escalating errors.
Due to the scope of the role, we are looking for someone with solid knowledge in RTR processes (preferably) or in ITC, plus some experience in SAP A1 FI (ideally) or SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities:- Actively participating in SAP implementation projects across Vesuvius’ RTR and ITC teams in our Shared Service Center, including organizing UAT, preparing test scenarios and validating nominated users’ test results.
- Ensuring business requirements are adequately covered by the SAP solution.
- Supporting standards in own area of responsibility.
- Doing quality checks during all phases of the SAP project.
- Documenting any new and/or revised operating procedures.
- Training all users within the RTR and ITC function.
- Preparing all training documentation.
- Supporting and guiding End users in the Clean-up of data in the legacy system.
- Coordinating data clean-up in the legacy systems and/or in the Excel spreadsheets loaded into the new system.
- Verifying the data loaded into the new system.
- Liaising with business stakeholders to understand their business requirements and designing and implementing solutions that meet those requirements.
- Raising suggestions for improvements to the Global Business Process Owners when it comes to system configuration and usage of the system.
- Reviewing issues raised by the SSC teams and escalating them to the SAP Project team.
- Reporting on statuses to Line Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Performing other tasks and duties as instructed by Line Managers.
Requirements:- Knowledge of the SAP system, preferably the FI module, or SAP S/4HANA (e.g. experience processing documentation daily in the system)
- Very good understanding of RTR and/or ITC operations within a Shared Service Centre (i.e. expertise as an RTR Accountant, or ITC Specialist)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with large / complex datasets to run analyses and create reports
- Very good organizational skills, ability to plan, set priorities and work under time pressure to meet deadlines while keeping ‘an eye’ for the details.
