Business Process Senior Consultant - Oil And Gas Joint Venture Accounting

ABOUT THE TEAM

The S/4 HANA Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and/or Finance Senior Business Process Consultant is focused on the Oil and Gas Industry to facilitate the implementation and support of these solutions and focus on the short and long-term strategic business benefits for our customers. You will help define our client’s core strategic roadmap and provide leadership in their digital transformation journey. Being a trusted advisor, you will understand the high-level business requirements of our customers and translate them into SAP solutions.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Deep product expertise/business experience in S4HANA with a specific focus on SAP Joint Venture Accounting/Product Sharing Accounting/Finance/Controlling/Accounting (exposure to S4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance preferred).
• Assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation journey by leveraging S4HANA and helping define their strategic roadmaps.
• Provide our customers key insight and direction related to industry trends, best practices, and world-class solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level and manage teams within a project.
• Performance of feasibility studies, process design reviews and pre-sales support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING

Education and Qualifications:

• Fundamental know-how of business process framework architecture, legacy system migration and application integration.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP Finance with a focus on Joint Venture Accounting and/or Product Sharing Accounting (PSA).
• SAP consulting experience in the Oil and Gas (O&G) Industry is a big plus.
