We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Reengineering Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing cross-functional business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability,
and commercial performance.
Your work will directly contribute to the development of a modern operating model that improves experiences for our guests, trade partners, and internal teams.

responsibilities :
Lead the discovery and documentation of current-state business processes across various functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Contact Center, Product, Finance).
Conduct root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create future-state workflows that support strategic objectives.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
Ensure alignment between solution design and the user/frontline experience by partnering with cross-functional teams.
Support pilot rollouts and UAT testing by validating process effectiveness and usability.
Collect and analyze end-user feedback.
Identify post-implementation improvement opportunities using usage data, performance metrics, and stakeholder input.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in business process improvement, reengineering, or business analysis.
Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
Excellent command of English, spoken and written (minimum C1).
Strong ability to analyze and optimize complex, cross-departmental workflows.
Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Availability to work from the office 1–2 days per week.
