Your Role

Join our team as an S2O Business Process Owner! In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments like Procurement, Finance, and IT to design and enhance global processes. Your mission? To drive process improvements that optimize our systems and enhance performance. You’ll define roles, set KPIs, and measure success, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. This role offers a chance to make a real impact on our organization while fostering your own growth and career path. Located in Poland, you’ll lead a dedicated team and may require some travel to connect with stakeholders. Let’s innovate together!

Who You Are

• Proven experience of managing teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
• Strong qualifications in project management and lean methodologies, with a track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of sourcing processes, vendor master data management, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Experience in both indirect and direct purchasing, demonstrating versatility in procurement functions would be an asset.
• International experience is a plus, with a preference for candidates who have worked in European markets.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with SAP MM module and purchasing tools like Ariba and QPA is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change through effective communication and collaboration.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and adjusting strategies as needed.
