A Day in the Life

Join our team at the Dispute Lab based in Warsaw, Poland, where youll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, tackling a variety of challenges that make every day different.

The Dispute Lab is a dynamic and innovative environment where proactive engagement and collaboration are encouraged, enabling you to learn and develop skills in multiple directions while contributing to Medtronic’s success.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and proper change management
• Constantly working on process improvements based on data and feedback
• Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes
• Vendor performance management
• Best practice sharing and continuous improvement
• Initiating and driving internal transformation initiatives
• Identifying automation potential and coordinating in-house automation development

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with transformation initiatives
• Data analysis skills to be able to drive conclusions
• Spoken and written proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
• Challenging the status quo” improvement mindset
• Proactivity and adaptability to change
• Great team player

Preferred qualifications include: Lean Six Sigma certification or experience, familiarity with multicultural environments, and prior interaction with senior management.
