Data & Analytics
Is a multifunctional and multinational team of cool, engaged and truly open experts working on agile projects using cloud and hybrid solutions, residing in Krakow and in Randers (Denmark). As we just started our journey you may have a chance to become a part of a team at an early stage and use your knowledge and expertise in powering Danish Crown’s digital transformation.
We are working with cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud, AI, ML, APIs, RPA as well as project management practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Product Management, Design Thinking).
- Supports Manager in setting the process excellence agenda, in particular by providing the best practice insights to the process and technology components
- Ensures that the process excellence strategy is realized within Customer Data area.
- Ensures solutions design and functional specifications are delivered according to agreement
- Is responsible for best practice sharing, identification of areas for improvements
- Standardizes and optimizes Data processes
- Executes process excellence strategy
- Drives implementation of new solutions supporting process
- Develops and implements continuous improvement projects
- Identify areas for process improvements; prepares, executes and facilitate process improvements identification cycle
- Prepares and conducts process trainings for stakeholders
- Tracks, monitors and analyses Process Health KPIs
- Cooperates with Business Services on identifying and eliminating root cause of possible issues
- Identifies process and controls gaps
- Strong influence and network within the business units and with the customers.
- Excellent and broad understanding of MD processes and implications of Master Data standards across operational processes and reporting.
- Excellent change and communication skills
- Strong understanding of MD governance principles
- Experience with Customer Data and processes.
- Previous experience in digital transformations and mapping of processes is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations) processes
- Deep understanding of data quality metrics and data quality management
- Knowledge of SAP and Data (Master) platforms required
- Strong technical and analytical skills with Microsoft Products
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to hit tight deadlines and take initiatives on multiple projects
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience using Power BI, VBA is an asset
- Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or related fields is a plus
